• Pet owners are informed that the keeping of a pet is a privilege, not a right, and it is dependent upon conformity with these rules.

• Unit owners may keep domesticated birds and animals in their units subject to the prior written approval of the council.

• Dogs over 45 lbs., or more than one dog in a unit,  must have prior written approval from council. Unit Owners with more than 2 cats in a unit, must have written approval from council. Monkeys are prohibited.

• Pets shall not be kept, bred, or used for any commercial purpose. All cats and dogs must by spayed or neutered by six months of age unless the procedure is deemed medically unsafe by a veterinarian... See Complete Rules Under Section G
