THE POLICY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AND OR COLLECTION OF FINES, WHEN A VIOLATION OF THE RULES AND REGULATION HAS OCCURRED SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:

Set fine will be $500.00 per violation (condominium late charges are exempt), unless otherwise noted.

Set fine will be $1,000.00 for a repeat of violation (condominium late charges are exempt), unless otherwise noted.

Set fine will be $2,000 for a repeat of violation as related to #2 (condominium late charges are exempt), unless otherwise noted.

Fine is due and payable within thirty (30) days of notification. Notification shall be by certified mail or e-mail (return receipt requested) to unit owner and/or lessee. Notice shall be deemed and considered sent when mailed.

Unit owner and/or lessee shall have the right to appeal said fine by notifying council or Management Company in writing by mail or e-mail within (48 hours) upon receipt of notice. Said appeal shall be sent certified mail or e-mail to the management company and/or the Village of Fox Run, (10 days 48 hours) after receipt of notification of fine. Unit owner and/or lessee shall request a meeting before council. You can also notify the Management Company at the address above in writing or by e-mail, of the course of action you intend to remedy the Violation, with a specific completion date (within the 48 hour period).

The sole purpose for the meeting will be to discuss the stated violation, and said meeting must be held by the next regular association (said meeting to be held during Executive Session). Upon receipt of notification from unit owner and/or lessee, said late charges will not become effective until after the requested meeting. If unit owner and/or lessee fails to appear at the meeting (unless otherwise excused by Council in writing), then said late charges shall be retroactive as outlined in paragraph 3.
