The Village Of Fox Run
The Following Vehicles Shall Be Towed At Owners Expense Without Notification:
· Any unauthorized vehicle parked in a reserved parking space,
· Any vehicle parked in such a manner as to obstruct ingress or egress into or out of a space, parked in a posted fire lane or within fifteen (15) feet of a fire hydrant or in a designated fire lane.
· Any vehicle occupying more than one (1) parking space.
· Any vehicle double parked.
· Any vehicle parked on a grassy area or sidewalk, impeding access to sidewalk or mailboxes.
· Any vehicle constituting a safety hazard or parked in a “No Parking Zone”
Visitor Parking
· Parking spaces not specifically designated for the exclusive use of an Owner, shall be available on a first come, first-serve basis.
· Visitor’s vehicle staying longer than ten (10) days, vehicle must be registered with the “Management” company.
Towing Enforcement
· All costs of towing and impoundment shall be the sole responsibility of the vehicle's owner.

Parking Permits / Decals
All vehicles must be registered with the “Association” and must display the parking permit decal on the windshield of vehicle. There will be a limit of two (2) permits per unit. Motorcycles, Scooters & Mopeds are exempt from permits.

If a “parking permit” is lost a replacement is available for a cost of $50.00.

Additional “parking permits” are available upon request to the management company.

Additional fee of $25.00 will be charged for any additional “parking permits”.
